The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima

Diane Quihuis has volunteered and served on the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima (the “Authority”) since October 17, 2017. She is the acting Treasurer of the Authority. The Authority is a non-profit corporation designated a political subdivision of the State of Arizona incorporated with the approval of Pima County.

Since 1972, the Authority has been accomplishing its economic development purposes and supporting Pima County by completing projects in: (i) affordable housing; (ii) education; (iii) manufacturing; (iv) medical facilities; (v) utilities; and (vi) other bond financing. Non-profit affiliates of the Authority have aided in the economic growth in Pima County in similar areas.

Ms. Quihuis, Principal Relationship Manager and VP, Wells Fargo Business Banking, is a financial services veteran of more than 40 years of experience in Tucson, Arizona. She provides financial services for small and midsize businesses with a concentration in assisting medical and dental practices achieve their business banking goals. Ms. Quihuis attended the University of Arizona, Wells Fargo College of Commercial Credit, Minneapolis, Minnesota and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
